Knives are very popular items in our physical store, and all products sold in our online shop share inventory with our brick-and-mortar location.
For this reason, not only knives but also other products may become out of stock depending on the timing of your order, even if they are shown as “in stock” on the website.
If we are unable to secure the ordered item, we will notify you by email regarding the out-of-stock situation.
Whether we are able to suggest an equivalent or alternative product, or no alternative is available, we will send you an email with the subject line:
“[Reply Required] Notice of Out-of-Stock Item and Next Steps”.
In this email, we will inform you of:
■ The fact that the ordered item is out of stock
■ The available options for next steps
Please review the contents carefully and reply to the email.
If we do not receive a reply within 2–3 days after sending the email,
we regret to inform you that your order will be automatically cancelled.
In addition, if an item is subject to a long-term manufacturer backorder or production has been discontinued, we may cancel the order at our discretion.
Please note that we only proceed with payment authorization (final charge) after confirming item availability.
Therefore, even if your order is cancelled due to an out-of-stock situation, you will not be charged, so please rest assured.
