Returns, refunds, and cancellations due to customer convenience

「Defective products/wrong shipping of our products」

※Products must be "new", "unused", and with all boxes and instructions included.




【About shipping charges for returns and exchanges】

※Changes to ordered products and order errors
Shipping costs for returning the product to us and resending the product: Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.


※In case of "defective product/wrong delivery"
Shipping costs for sending the product back to us and resending the product: At our expense.



【Period during which returns can be made】

If you are contacted within 7 days after receiving the product.

【Damage Policy (Return/Exchange Conditions)】

Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us images clearly showing the item is unused.

After reviewing the images you send,
we will determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage and contact you.

※ As a general rule, you do not need to return the item to us.

If we determine shipping damage is likely,
we will file a damage claim (investigation request) with Japan Post.

Please also file a damage claim yourself at your nearest post office.
※ Damage claims require filing by both our store and the customer.

Resolving the damage claim typically takes about 2-3 weeks.
※ Processing may take longer during peak seasons or depending on circumstances.

When sending a replacement item,
we will contact you in advance and provide only the same product.

※ We cannot provide a different product than the one purchased.
(Example: If you purchased a spoon, we cannot replace it with a different type of spoon)
