【 Cooking Process 】
● Prepare freshly cooked rice.
● Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over low heat and stir with Peter until dissolved.
● Before use, soak the "Hangiri" in water to increase moisture retention.
● While allowing the rice to cool, gently cut the rice into pieces to prevent it from hardening too much.
