Made with rust-resistant Blue Tempered steel, which has excellent oil seasoning properties.
(Finished with a clear silicone baked coating.)

Blue tempered steel is a high-grade material made by acid cleaning regular black steel plate, then undergoing double heat treatment. It is rust-resistant and offers excellent heat efficiency.


Please note：The handle becomes very hot. Use with a towel wrapped around the handle or wear heat-resistant gloves (mitts) for safety.

Blue tempered steel has rust resistance due to its oxide film and does not require seasoning (dry heating).

※There may be anti-rust oil on the product when shipped. We recommend washing it before first use.

Before first use, lightly stir-fry vegetable scraps or similar to season the pan and improve oil adhesion.
