These aluminum tart weights are used for blind baking tart and pie crusts.
Simply place them evenly over the dough to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

By adding weight, the crust maintains its shape and bakes evenly for a clean, professional finish.

Please note that the tart weights become extremely hot after baking.
Handle with care when removing them from the oven.


※When using tart weights, do not place them directly on the dough.
Always line the dough with parchment paper or an oven sheet before adding the weights.
(Before placing the parchment paper, dock the dough with a fork to create small holes.)

Approximate Guide:
For a baking pan of about 22 cm (8.5 in) in diameter, 500 g is sufficient.
Spread the tart weights evenly in a flat layer to fully cover the surface of the dough.
