Talk about Sushi
Sushi is a traditional dish representing Japan.
It is made by combining sushi rice (sushi rice) and various ingredients.

① Prepare the sushi rice
Soak the rice in water and cook in an appropriate amount of water.
When the rice is cooked, transfer it to a rice stand,add the sushi vinegar, and let it cool while stirring to cut.
