■Before using for the first time...
Wash the kettle and wooden lid thoroughly, then fill with water, put on the stove, and discard the hot water
2-3 times.
If the smell of the wooden lid (cedar board) bothers you, boil it in water with vinegar removed for a while before use.
■After use...
Wash in hot water as soon as possible and remove all moisture before storing.
The wooden lid in particular is prone to becoming dirty from steam during cooking, so wash it thoroughly.
【Important Notes】
・Sudden temperature changes or dropping the pot may cause cracks or damage.
・During use and immediately after cooking, the pot, handle, and wooden lid become extremely hot. Please use oven mitts or a towel when handling.
・Do not use metal spatulas or other utensils that may scratch the surface.
・Avoid prolonged dry heating. Heating the pot without contents for extended periods may cause discoloration or damage to the baked-on coating.
・Compatible with induction cooktops (IH).
・Not microwave-safe.
