This roasting pan allows you to roast ginkgo nuts without them popping or jumping out.
It is also used at home as a cooking tool to bring out the flavor of ginkgo nuts, beans,
and other ingredients.

You can roast using a frying pan, but roasting with the “New Press Square” allows for even heating and reduces the risk of burning.
